Meet the Owner!
Vincent Berry was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, joining the U.S. Army after graduating high school at the age of 17. During his 11-year military career as a Power Generator Technician/Supervisor, Vincent deployed to Iraq several times, completing over 100 combat missions and repairing over 5000 Power Generators.
Upon leaving the U.S. Army, Vincent went on to work for several top defense companies, managing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects for several highly secured government facilities in the Washington, DC Metro area and internationally.
Vincent has a Master's Degree in Business Law, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management. In addition, Vincent has several industry-leading certifications in Project Management, Facilities Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Contract Management, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

· Managed the operations and maintenance of over 6,000,000 Square feet of Government Facilities and Infrastructures supporting 24/7/365 operations, responsible for maintaining, operating, and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
· Improved and maintained our preventative maintenance completion rate to over 95% by analyzing, improving, and overseeing equipment preventive maintenance plans to decrease unscheduled outages and increase response time.
